When? Brit Milah takes place on the 8th day after birth (counting the day of birth), in the morning.
Example: Born Sunday → Bris the following Sunday.
Right After Birth
- Choose a Mohel (ask for recommendations!)
- Coordinate date with the Mohel
- Choose Sandak (honor - grandfather, rabbi)
- Choose baby name
- Choose venue (home / hall / synagogue)
2-3 Days Before
- Send invitations (WhatsApp / phone)
- Order food / catering
- Order cake / desserts
- Drinks: wine for blessings + juice + water
- Disposable plates, cups, napkins
- Decorations (balloons, name sign)

- Diapers + wipes

Day of the Brit
- Set up venue (chairs, tables)
- Arrange food table
