Welcome to ALMO AI - Assistant Life Management Organizer ("ALMO", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using ALMO, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
ALMO is a smart calendar and life management application that uses artificial intelligence to help you organize events, tasks, and reminders. The App offers features including voice commands, image scanning, shared calendars, and AI-powered event creation in Hebrew and English.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In or other authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
ALMO offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android).
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
ALMO allows users to create shared calendars and invite others using unique invitation codes. When you create a shared calendar, a code is generated that you can share with family members, friends, or colleagues. By sharing an invitation code, you grant the recipient access to view and/or edit the shared calendar according to the permissions you set.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the App, including events, tasks, photos, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

ALMO uses artificial intelligence to process voice commands, scan images, and create calendar events. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-created events, tasks, and information before relying on them.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ALMO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
