Tap "New Calendar," name it (like "Sarah & Mike's Wedding"), and choose "Shared" type. This is the calendar your guests will join.

Scan Your Wedding Invitation

Snap a photo of your invitation and ALMO automatically extracts the date, time, and venue. The event gets created without any typing.

Tip: Works with digital invitations too. Save the image from WhatsApp and scan it.

Add an RSVP Task

After the event is created from the scan, tap on it and add a new task. Inside the task, toggle on "Multiple Approvals" - this is what turns it into an RSVP. Everyone who joins the calendar can tap "Approve" on this task, and you see who confirmed.

Important: Without turning on this toggle, the task will be regular and won't allow multiple confirmations

Share the Link with Guests
