10 Basic Worker Rights in Israel (2026)
1. Minimum Wage
From April 2026: 6,443.85 NIS/month / 35.40 NIS/hour.
2. Annual Leave
Minimum 12 days per year (first year). Increases with seniority.
3. Sick Days
1.5 days per month (18/year, up to 90 accumulated). Day 1 unpaid, days 2-3 at 50%, day 4+ at 100%.
