Nursing Hour / Reduced Hours
A mother returning from maternity leave is entitled to 1 reduced hour per day for 4 months from return to work.
The hour is fully paid. Applies to full-time workers (6+ hours).
Sick Child Leave

Dismissal Protection
- Pregnancy: Cannot fire from month 6 (without permit)
- Maternity leave: Cannot fire during leave
- 60 days after return: Protected for 60 days
- Fertility treatments: Protected during treatments
Paternity Leave
Partner is entitled to one week off from birth (5 work days). 3 days from sick leave + 2 days from vacation.
